"great pants, very comfy. the design is pretty and i can wear them for the office or add a chain for everyday wear. the pockets are amazing too. however, theyre a bit large fitting and the fabric between the thighs are already bobbling after a month of wearing them and washing them."

"I’m confused because I’ve heard so many good things about this brand. I contacted customer service to exchange a clearance item (since the site only allowed a return, even though your policy says nothing about clearance exchanges). The rep agreed it was an error and approved the exchange. I returned the item the next day, but as soon as I did, I got an email saying my exchange was “no longer available. ” The exact size and item are still listed here. If I’d known this would happen, I would’ve just kept the pants. Can you clarify why this happened?"
"They feel well-made and comfortable and the plaid details are perfect, however the size 14 pants that the site recommended for me ended up being too big. They fit around the waist, but sag a little. The legs aren't skinny like I was hoping, but instead give off more of a Charlie Chaplin impression. I know baggy pants are all trendy these days, but I despise that trend and bought these pants specifically because they weren't baggy. I think if I had sized down to a 12, they would have fit just fine. Unfortunately 14 was the smallest size in stock. Since I don't know when or if these pants will ever be restocked, I just started wearing the pants regardless, and I think I'll probably end up getting them tailored to fit more like I want to. So I guess these pants will actually end up being way more expensive than I thought, but oh well."
