"The fabric of this dress is beautiful in person. I love that it is 100% cotton. However, as several others have noted, the zipper unzips itself constantly. I’m 5’7 with a longer torso, and this didn’t fit me at all. The waist hit me mid rib cage, so the corseted look wasn’t achieved at all. It was more like an empire waist. I missed the return window so I’m gifting to my shorter, more proportionate sister."

"There are spiders on the print of this dress and I didn't realise. I looked at the pictures, description and reviews and no mention until I saw it in a different lighting. I bought this to wear to work and now I can't and I've already worn and washed it. Very disappointed because I love almost every other aspect of this dress, but I'll have to donate it now. Other reviews are also correct, wore the dress for one day and the zipper started coming undone"

"Amazing design and very fun dress to wear, if you are larger chested like me then go up a size as the zip kept rolling done on my usual size. Very corset like busy so don’t need a wear a bra which is nice!"
"It's flattering and extremely pretty. True to size, so beware! A lot of Disturbia pinafore dresses tend to be too large, but if I were to order a size smaller this time, I wouldn't be able to put it on. It's quite tight in the bust, so mind that. The fabric is heavy and works well with warmer clothing. It could have been the greatest dress to have ever existed - had it had pockets. Alas!"

"A really beautiful dress, bought for an autumnal wedding I was attending. I didn’t realise it had little spiders on the design which I really loved. I will say that I’m usually a 16 and I had to buy an 18 in this dress and it was still quite snug. Also the zipper at the back doesn’t have a clasp at the top of it so on a couple of occasions the zip just came undone exposing my back to everyone! This is why it’s not a 5 star for me- will probably sew a clasp on myself next time I wear it."
