"Ugh I can’t express how much I love this coat. It’s beautiful it’s soft and cozy and it’s just perfect. If you need a reference for size I am 5”8 and about 150lbs athletic build and I originally ordered a size 10 because I have broader shoulders but I sent it back for a size 8 cause it was too big and the size 8 was perfect fit and length. I could sleep in and I just look so good in it."

"This coat is super warm and great for layering since it is oversized. The material feels expensive and the color goes with everything. I ordered my usual size since I wanted the coat to be oversized but if you are looking for something with a tighter fit you could probably size down. Can’t wait to wear it this winter!"

"Bought as a gift for my sister, and she wears AND praises it every day! Her height is 167, bust 88 waist 75 hips 91, and size US 6 worked perfectly. Actually it's slightly too big, but that's what she was looking for and what was took into aсcount when ordering - so the sleeves are cosy, the coat is as long as possible, and also it's possible to wear it over few layers of clothes. The fabric is so soft I was even surprised to see 100% recycled label! Also noticed that cat fur is not sticking to it at all, which is really cool feature for pet owners :) So so happy with my order. It's my first, but definitely not the last!"
So Disappointed
"This was supposed to have been my Christmas present. It came with two of the three charms on the broach backwards and the broach is obviously the focal point. I had it sent back to get another one and after waiting forever for the new one it came the same exact way. I’ve reached out to customer service and I keep getting messages saying thank you for your patience. We are in the middle of January and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I’m extremely sad and very disappointed. I will be heading back to the post office for the second time. No one even offered any compensation after all this and knowing it was my Christmas present? Disappointed is a understatement"
Amazing coat
"This coat is oversized, heavy, thick material and is such good quality. I’ve been wearing it every day for months and it is standing the test of time. I have added other badges and pins to the collar and I love it. If you don’t want an oversized look then size down probably 2 sizes."
Love this coat, but sizing was challenging
"I LOVE the style and details of this coat. I was so excited to receive it. Before ordering I read reviews to help figure out what size to get. Many people say it runs really large by multiple sizes. I’m typically a size 10/ 12 but went with the size 8 in order for it not to be too big. Sadly the coat was what I imagine a normal size 8 to be, not an oversized 8. So I exchanged for the size 10 and it mostly fits… the shoulder area and arms feel slightly big/long whereas the waist feels like it could be more roomy to give space for winter layers. I considered getting the size up but then the shoulders and arms would be waaay too big on me. So I’m settling for the way it fits because I love it otherwise. Not sure if something has changed but I’d say these coats are more true to size than oversized as previously stated."

"It’s a great look and it is oversized. The only thing is on very cold days like 20 and below it won’t work unless you layer up a lot. But a regular day 30 plus it’s a great coat"
Several errors with my order
"I received my package with 3 errors in it. I immediately contacted customer service and was very specific about what was missing. i have received 2 emails from “customer service” with absolutely NO action to resolve the issues that came from you. This is the vast majority of my daughter’s Christmas. It is appalling that there has been no remedy to this problem. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be escalating this further and contacting my credit card for payment reversal."
Gorgeous construction, terrible fit.
"This is MASSIVE. I’ve sent this coat back twice (about to be three times) and tried sizing down twice. I’m normally a 16 and the 12 is even too big. I think the 10 would have the same issue. It looks like I’m a kid playing in mom’s closet- going to hope the next coat isn’t as weird."
