Dont size up and you will be ok
"I actually really love this design and dress, so its a shame, however the size chart the site provided is strange. . . it seemed like i should order way sized up which matched previously other items i have bought, so i did, but it turned out to be way too big for me. . . I think my normal size would have been fine. . despite the measurement numbers looking way too small? The velour material itself is pretty stretchy as well compared to some other dresses i've bought. If you manage to get your size it is lovely and nice quality!"
